Our hope as a staff is to proactively host and serve people, be hopeful and truthful because of the Gospel, and be committed to fulfilling the Great Commission. We are one team with one mission: to make disciples who know, treasure, and obey Christ. We do not take lightly the call we believe God has placed on our staff to shepherd our people and make disciples. Therefore, we require our employees to agree with The Grove Church’s Statement of Faith and commit to exhibit a lifestyle that is consistent with the same.
